Head Cheerleader
The Head Cheerleader of the Rensselaer Union was an Officer of the Union under the 1948 Rensselaer Union Constitution, elected annually alongside the Grand Marshal, President of the Union, and officers of the Student Council were elected. Their duties were defined in Article VIII of the Union Constitution.

Little is known about the office of Head Cheerleader beyond what is present in Article VIII. They were required to be a member of an organization known as "Division B", and were required to have been a cheerleader for one year. They oversaw the Institute's cheerleading staff and assisted in the distribution of "the official songs and cheers".
