Vice President of the Executive Board is a title used by the chief deputies of the President of the Union, and are responsible for overseeing the functioning of the Rensselaer Union Executive Board. Since 2019, the Executive Board has had three positions holding this title: the Vice President for Board Operations (VPBO), Vice President for Club Relations (VPCR), and the Vice President for Rules and Special Projects (VPRSP or VPRP).
In case of resignation of the President, the Vice President with the longest tenure on the Executive Board becomes Acting President.

The Vice President of the Union (known as the Vice Chair of the Executive Board until 2016) was the chief deputy of the President of the Union, and the original sole holder of the title of Vice President. It is unknown when the office of Vice Chair was first created, and little is known about it until it was renamed on April 7th, 2016, alongside many other proposed amendments to the Executive Board Bylaws.
